Agendas
were downloaded from the School's website and may
actually be meeting Notices.
|

Minutes
were downloaded from the School's website and may
be one of more than one version found in different locations.
During a sampling review of the duplicates, versions
appeared identical in content, but a complete, one-to-one
review of all minutes on the School's website was not
conducted.

|
Meeting
Documents were published by the prior Superintendent
on what is referred to above as the Meeting Page. Meeting
Documents were posted for most, but not all Board meetings
held. It appears that, when the current Superintendent
was hired, the practice of posting meeting documents
and exhibits for public information was discontinued.
Meeting Documents, other than the Agenda and Minutes,
are consolidated in ZIP files that can be downloaded
for extraction.

Meeting
Pages (when such were created on the School's website
by the prior Superintendent) are expanded and printed
to PDF to be used as a guide to identify the zipped
Meeting Documents. The expanded Meeting Pages are also
included in the zipped Meeting Documents files.
